How are my details treated?

We do not sell or pass on any information at all on our customers. All details are kept encrypted and secure.

How do you deal with Fraud?

We take fraud very seriously. We invest considerable amounts in the latest fraud detection and prevention software. All orders are automatically searched against the electoral register, and even company staff lists where applicable. Possible fraudulent orders are checked against a known risk list maintained by SafeSite.

We reserve the right to cancel orders without prior warning or reason.

Orders that are fraudulent are passed onto the relevant authorities. Where we feel its appropriate, we will pursue fraud cases privately.

How long does it take for my products to arrive?

Standard delivery usually takes between 3-5 working days.

Priority Delivery usually takes 1-2 working days

Delivery to Europe can take up to 10 working days.

Unfortunately we cannot accept cheque or postal order.

How do I return goods I ordered?

Please note that you are responsible for checking that goods are correct when you receive them without opening them or removing the cellophane wrapper.

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 working days. We will repair or replace the goods or refund your payment, as appropriate. You must retain all original packaging, including outer packaging, to use if returning the goods. If the goods are incorrect you must return them without removing the cellophane wrapper.

Please contact us for a returns authorisation code prior to returning any item. We will not accept returned goods that are not accompanied by a returns authorisation code.

Returns for any other reason are at our discretion and will be considered only on goods that are unopened and in original condition with all tags and/or packaging.

Unless the goods are faulty or incorrect, you will be responsible for the delivery cost and ensuring that the goods arrive in perfect condition. We suggest you send them via a delivery service that requires a signature, such as recorded or special delivery.
